Seniors (ages 16+)

Tuesdays 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Aylestone Judo Club boasts one of the largest senior mats in the county and regularly welcomes guests from other clubs both locally and further afield. The sessions are a varied mix of randori (free practice), kata, contest and technique based training.

Age is no barrier

Although there are a growing number of young judoka at Aylestone Judo Club, many of our current members got into the sport through their children - so it is never too late to start.

Competitions & Courses

Aylestone Judo Club members regularly take part in competitions and courses all across the country. We have promising competitors along with individuals progressing with coaching, refereeing and table officiating. Keep en eye on the News and Results page for the latest achievements.

Social

Aylestone Judo Club members love to socialise and can always be found consuming a beverage after training. The club is also involved in an annual exchange with Mouy Judo Club in France.
